Angie Harmon is an American model and actress who has been in numerous of films and TV series through the years. After becoming famous internationally she began her modeling career. She began her acting career with the tv show "Baywatch Nights" back in 1995. She also has done voice-overs and contributed her voice to an animated version of "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker'. Harmon began focusing on film around the time of 2000, and then stopped appearing in TV series. At the beginning of 2000 the actress returned to television series following appearances in several movies. She was among the rare actors who posed naked in "Allure" magazine in 2008. The character of Detective Jane Rizzoli was her most significant work in the TNT show Rizzoli & Isles. She was a detective and got a lot of praise and awards. Angie Harmon has been nominated for various times throughout the years, and has won few prizes for her exceptional performances.
