Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash-Morgan, the Co-Artistic Director for the new theatre company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) between 2014 and 2019. She has been an actor as well as a board member for SSC since 2011. While Artistic Director of SSC she also served as the company's producer costume/set designer music director, composer and coach for text. The last year of her tenure she worked as a director of lighting and design in SSC's production of King Lear. She had been the director of the ensemble, however in previous year, she directed her debut.
